day 3 of detox

I lost 4kgs.!!! Can you believe it?! I can't even believe it myself. I weighed myself like 6times just to be sure. I even doubted our scale. I just can't believe the fact that I lost that BIG amount in just 3days.
The sad thing is, even though I lost a large amount of weight my measurements are just 1inch smaller. So, i'm gonna power up with the exercise. Double the sweat! Challenge accepted!

Second day of clean 9 detox!

What's for dinner?! Can you believe it?? I'm eating fruits for dinner! Well, I have no choice. I'd rather eat fruits than have nothing to chew.
My second day was easier than the first. But I experienced light headedness and I kept feeling sleepy. It's good coz it was bearable, just get up ang walk or exercise to feel energized again. So far, no weight loss. Let's see what happens next.

clean 9 detox

I'm in day 1 of the forever living clean 9 detox. Basically it'll be 9 days of detoxifying the body. It's a little bit pricy but still I'll try it coz I've had enough with this body fat. I wanna break up with it, but it keeps clinging.
I bought the clean 9 pack for 7,000plus coz I became a member. For non members it would be 8,000plus.
So far so good. The only thing I didn't like was the aloe drink! You have to drink it in one shot then drink water coz it's really disgusting. Oh well, that's the price for being healthy.
Anyway, wish me luck! Let's see how this goes!

Dessert anyone: Fruity Float

I'm done with mango float. This is my new favorite! It's basically like mango float but I used different kinds of fruits instead of using the typical mango. The flavor is amazing! Of course, the visual effect created a big impact too. It's cuter than the mango float. I like experimenting with food! That's why this chubby cheeks ain't goin' anywhere!

Davao City Japanese Restaurant

This was taken at Nonki. It's a Japanese restaurant here in Torres street Davao city (Philippines). This resto may seem expensive, but think again. With 300-400pesos you can eat a complete meal. And it's not just a meal, it's sushi for shouting out loud!

The next stop will be Yakimix! Japanese food banzai!

Practice Practice Practice

Practice makes perfect!! I hope that would be the case for my editing skill. I've been playing with Photoshop Cs3 and I'm liking it. There are still a lot of buttons that I don't know how to use though. I watched a lot of tutorials in Youtube but it's still not enough. What can I do? Just practice practice practice!

Aside from editing, I think I also need to practice taking pictures. I mean, yeah, taking a picture is easy but getting the correct angle, shutter speed, lighting and other stuff is also important. I want to learn a lot of skills in my lifetime! So, if anyone knows a tutorial video that's easy to understand about Photoshop please share. thanks!
